ManchesterLife does not require user accounts and does not ask visitors to submit personal profiles. Like most websites, our hosting and external map providers may receive technical connection data such as IP address, browser information, requested URL and timestamp when a page is loaded.

Hosting and analytics

The site is hosted by Vercel. On the production deployment we use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate page usage and technical performance. We do not use this data to build advertising profiles. Vercel processes the technical data needed to deliver the site and provide these measurements under its own privacy and retention terms.

Interactive maps

Neighbourhood pages can load map tiles from OpenStreetMap tile servers and marker assets from the unpkg content-delivery network. Connecting to those services discloses the normal technical request data required to return the map resource. We use these providers only to display the requested neighbourhood map.

Legal basis and retention

The processing described above is based on our legitimate interests in securely delivering, maintaining and understanding the performance of this informational site. ManchesterLife does not maintain its own visitor account database. Hosting, analytics and map request logs are retained according to each provider's applicable settings and policies.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection regarding personal data, and to complain to your local data-protection authority. Because we do not create visitor accounts, include the affected URL, approximate visit time and enough context for us to investigate a request.
